Manage shop operations to meet revenue goals and KPIs
Assign repair jobs and manage production flow
Support teammates during peak times
Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols
Manage payroll and staffing
Write DRP compliant estimates as needed
Conduct team acquisition, coaching, and development
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of Collision Industry
Aptitude in decision-making and problem solving
Ability to lead and work collaboratively
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
Proficient knowledge of estimating software, CCC ONE
Proficient with Computers and other technology
Valid driver's license
