Key Responsibilities
Drive conversion of new revenue from new customers
Build territory strategy and analyze performance
Qualify prospects and route opportunities
Schedule appointments and meet prospective customers
Utilize marketing collateral for presentations
Attend conferences and events to represent Quill
Create and present custom pricing solutions
Leverage education contracts to acquire new customers
Ensure smooth transition to the account management team
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas
Maintain accurate records in CRM
Seek continuous improvement through coaching
Positively impact culture and team dynamics
Work closely with sales leadership to drive revenue
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
5+ years sales experience
At least 6 months of relevant experience in the public sector
Required travel within territory (approximately 50%)
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven business development experience
