Key Responsibilities
Take full ownership of store operations and performance
Lead and inspire a team of 8-15 employees
Perform all duties of store employees including running the register and stocking
Coach team members to deliver excellent service
Recruit, hire, and train new team members
Manage inventory, vendor orders, and merchandising
Handle banking and cash deposits
Maintain high standards for safety and customer satisfaction
Control expenses and achieve store sales goals
Execute company programs and marketing initiatives
Required Qualifications
Open availability for any shift
Valid driver's license
Access to a personal vehicle and proof of insurance
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Minimum age requirement: 18+ or 21+ depending on state
Preferred Qualifications
