Join Quill as an Inside Sales Representative to drive new revenue and grow customer relationships in the public sector and commercial market. You'll strategize, present solutions, and create custom pricing to exceed sales goals while impacting a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities
Drive conversion of 1M new revenue from new customers
Build territory penetration strategy and analyze performance
Qualify prospects and route opportunities
Schedule appointments and present Quill values and solutions
Attend conferences, tradeshows, and events to win new customers
Create and present custom pricing solutions
Leverage education contracts to acquire new education customers
Ensure smooth transition to account management team
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas
Maintain accurate records in CRM
Seek improvement through coaching
Positively impact culture and team dynamics
Drive revenue beyond traditional office supplies
Champion company values and services
Required Qualifications
High School diploma/GED
4+ years of field sales experience
Required travel within territory based on appointments, customer needs and conferences, approximately 50% travel
Remote Role: Must be able to cover a territory of Philadelphia, PA
Preferred Qualifications
6 months+ of relevant experience in the public sector market
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Proven business development experience
