Key Responsibilities
Provide patient-centered nursing care and daily living assistance
Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, eating, and meal preparation
Administer delegated tasks and treatments
Record vital statistics and basic health information
Collect non-invasive biological specimens
Perform clerical work related to scheduling and documenting patient healthcare
Prepare patient treatment areas and clean medical equipment
Dispose of biomedical waste according to standards
Clean patient living areas or treatment rooms
Required Qualifications
Basic knowledge of patient care principles
Medical terminology
Certification and registration with the Minnesota Board of Nursing Assistant Registry (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
Certification required by law (i.e. Home Care)
