Key Responsibilities
Manage location P&L and drive margin across sales, parts, and service
Build, coach, and align a team around service excellence and accountability
Solve high-level customer challenges and manage escalations
Maintain a professional facility and streamline workflow
Work across locations to align with company-wide initiatives and leadership goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience
Familiar with John Deere and competitive products
Experience dealing with elevated customer issues
Ability to lead and motivate others
Knowledge of financial metrics
Marketing experience
Solid understanding of sales, parts, and service operations
Solid analytical, business planning, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a dealership environment
Technical capacity and ability to use Microsoft Office and business systems
