Intuit is looking for Tax Experts to assist clients during tax season. This remote role requires an active CPA or EA credential and offers flexible hours while providing comprehensive support to customers in filing their taxes.
Key Responsibilities
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice and full service return preparation
Manage product/software inquiries
Document interactions to maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney
Strong tax preparation experience
Extensive knowledge of tax laws
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with commercial tax preparation software
Ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools
