Key Responsibilities
Evaluates patients and establishes individualized treatment goals
Provides appropriate therapeutic techniques and treatments
Educates patients and families on home exercise programs
Documents patient care according to insurance guidelines
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited program of Speech Language Pathology with a minimum of a M.S.
Holds current Connecticut license for Speech Language Pathology
Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech Language and Hearing Association
Preferred Qualifications
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
Basic personal computer skills in the use of Windows based programs such as Word, Outlook, and Excel
Access to reliable transportation to travel between multiple work sites
