Position Summary

Amergis is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Mental Health Professional to join the behavioral health team. This is a locum tenens opportunity ideal for professionals passionate about correctional mental health care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct clinical services to incarcerated individuals.
• Conduct mental health assessments and provide therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation using the facility’s EMR system.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 8–10 patients per day.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Active and unrestricted LCSW or QMHP license in Tennessee (required).
• Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required).
