Key Responsibilities
Provide outpatient rehabilitation services in an in-home setting
Assess the need for, develop, and deliver physical therapy programs
Instruct, educate, and train patients and caregivers
Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and support personnel
Ensure adherence to treatment schedules and documentation requirements
Consult with rehabilitation team members for appropriate therapeutic regimens
Promote a safe environment and manage supplies and equipment
Required Qualifications
Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of license eligibility
Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field, or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of experience
Valid driver's license or reliable transportation
