Key Responsibilities
Oversee the people, processes, and products during a shift
Set shift goals and assign tasks to team members
Ensure compliance with operational standards and guidelines

Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have reliable transportation
Available to work 9 to 28 hours per week
Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Successful completion of background check
Demonstrates leadership qualities and organizational skills
