What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate patients’ speech, language, and swallowing abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy to improve communication and swallowing function
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on strategies and techniques
• Document progress and adjust plans for best outcomes
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team

What We’re Looking For:

• Active SC SLP license (required)
• SNF/LTC experience preferred (not required)
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
