Key Responsibilities
Provide developmentally and educationally based intervention to improve safety and independence
Conduct evaluations and perform six-month reviews of IFSPs
Produce discharge reports and assist with the transition process
Communicate evaluation findings to parents and treatment team members
Establish treatment schedules and document changes to IFSP
Develop home or community programming for child development
Document assessment, treatment, follow-up, and termination of services
Supervise students and provide mentorship
Review quality and appropriateness of services
Participate in family and caregiver education
