Key Responsibilities
Drive conversion of new revenue from new customers in public sector and commercial market.
Build territory penetration strategy and analyze individual performance.
Qualify prospects based on customer size and potential.
Schedule appointments and meet with prospective customers.
Utilize marketing collateral for presentations to drive engagement.
Attend conferences and events to represent Quill.
Create and present custom pricing solutions to potential customers.
Ensure smooth transition to account management team after customer commitment.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas and key metrics.
Maintain accurate records in CRM.
Seek ways to improve through coaching and feedback.
Positively impact team culture and work collaboratively.
Grow share of wallet by consolidating business from other vendors.
Required Qualifications
High School diploma/GED
4+ years of field sales experience
Required travel within territory based on appointments, customer needs and conferences, approximately 50% travel.
Remote Role: Must be able to cover a territory of Philadelphia, PA.
Preferred Qualifications
6 months+ of relevant experience in the public sector market
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Proven business development experience
