Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families
Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy
Develop comprehensive crisis plans and wellness plans
Participate in case consultations and agency meetings
Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, and treatment plans
Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists and fellow therapists
Required Qualifications
Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
Current and active professional license in Virginia and/or Maryland (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCP)
Passionate about mental health and committed to providing high-quality care
Dedicated to ongoing professional development
Strong commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality
Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in collaborative care with multidisciplinary teams
Ability to manage time effectively
