Key Responsibilities
Teach classes on behalf of Deans and teacher-leaders
Provide substitute teaching coverage
Plan and deliver instruction
Support students with one-on-one and small group tutoring
Observe Master Teachers
Meet regularly with a coach for feedback
Assist teachers with instruction and grading
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Drive to improve the minds and lives of students
Self-motivation and strong sense of personal responsibility
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working in schools and/or urban communities
