Key Responsibilities
Assist patients in meeting their bio-psychosocial needs
Counsel patients individually or in groups regarding psychological and emotional issues
Provide education, social work services, and crisis intervention
Supervise individual and group counseling
Train new staff on clinical documentation
Monitor and coach documentation completion
Disseminate information from management to therapists
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in Social Work or Rehabilitation Counseling
Current clinical licensure in the state of practice
Strong clinical skills
CPR certification
Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in chemical dependency outpatient care
Experience working with chemical dependency and dual diagnosis patients
