Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality patient care in Step-Down units
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Utilize Nomad Navigator support for smooth transitions and assignments
Required Qualifications
Minimum one year of RN experience
One year Step-Down experience within the last two years as an RN
Active RN license or willingness to obtain a Registered Nurse license in RI
RN degree from an accredited registered nurse program
BLS and relevant Step-Down/department-specific certifications
