Job Description
Join TEKsystems as a Bank Teller in Suffolk, VA, where you will provide exceptional customer service by assisting members with a variety of banking products and services. You will ensure accurate cash handling and support lower-level team members while adhering to regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze, research, and resolve problems related to member accounts/loans
Assist members with loan applications and credit card submissions
Counsel members about company products and services
Ensure proper handling of cash and negotiable instruments
Identify opportunities to cross-service products
Perform platform banking functions
Assist level I team members
Comply with federal and other regulations
May assist with Branch Office vault procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of relevant cash handling experience; banking preferred
Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and via email
Good communication skills - de-escalation, remain calm under pressure, listening
