  • Perform insurance verification at time of scheduling
  • Confirm and schedule appointments
  • Perform follow-up services for patients
  • Maintain medical records

  • Keep abreast of current medical requirements
  • Provide effective communication to patients and team members
  • Comply with administrative policies

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
  • 6+ months of customer service or healthcare related experience
  • Intermediate level of computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook and multiple web applications

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience working in medical front office position performing duties such as scheduling appointments, checking patients in/out, insurance verification, collecting co-pays and maintaining medical records
  • Knowledge of EMR software
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
