Job Description

Join Zen Educate as a School Aide for the 2025–2026 school year, supporting special education students in a rewarding environment. You'll work under teacher supervision, helping students with assignments and contributing to a positive classroom atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Provide one-on-one or small group behavioral support
Work closely with teachers and behavior specialists
Track and document behavioral data
Partner with special education staff and families for consistent support
Support students with daily routines

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma
Experience supporting individuals with Special Educational Needs
Experience providing personal care support
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stay calm and patient in challenging situations
US Work Authorization
English proficiency
Passion for supporting students

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting children with autism or complex emotional needs
Experience in special education, particularly with moderate to severe behaviors
Bachelor’s Degree
Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies
Additional training in behavioral techniques
