Key Responsibilities
Build community relationships and drive self-generated sales
Meet sales goals and metrics while working independently
Interact with customers and external business partners through face-to-face, virtual, and telephonic interactions
Sell individual health plan products and educate beneficiaries on services
Required Qualifications
Active Health Insurance license or ability to obtain prior to start date
Experience with technology including high-level use of laptops and mobile applications
Experience with Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Outlook
Valid state driver's license and personal vehicle liability insurance
Ability to have daily face-to-face interactions with prospective members
Must reside within the assigned territory/County
Preferred Qualifications
Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance license
Associate's or Bachelor's degree
Prior experience in TEAMS and PowerPoint
Experience engaging with the community through service and volunteerism
Experience selling Medicare products
Bilingual with the ability to speak, read and write in English and another language
Prior experience in public speaking and presentations
