Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and provide treatments to patients to improve or restore function
Participate in an interdisciplinary approach for community education
Administer physical agents and therapeutic techniques to achieve established goals
Educate patients and families in home exercise programs to maximize functional activity
Document in accordance with insurance guidelines
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited program of Speech Language Pathology with a minimum of a M.S.
Holds current Connecticut license for Speech Language Pathology.
Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech Language and Hearing Association.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
Basic personal computer skills in Windows-based programs such as Word, Outlook, and Excel
Access to reliable transportation to travel between multiple work sites
