Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver CX strategy across digital products
  • Ensure CX strategy meets milestones and maximizes efficiency
  • Lead a team of CX strategy employees and contractors
  • Mentor and empower the team
  • Represent CX strategy across the business
  • Integrate CX strategy within digital development processes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Design, HCI, MBA or related field
  • 7+ years of hands-on CX/UX strategist experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Digital product management skills
  • CX Measurement frameworks knowledge
  • International experience
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in relevant field
  • Experience in pharma/health technology
  • Understanding of cultural sensitivities
