Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Design, HCI, MBA or related field
7+ years of hands-on CX/UX strategist experience
Strong analytical skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Digital product management skills
CX Measurement frameworks knowledge
International experience
High emotional intelligence (EQ)
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in relevant field
Experience in pharma/health technology
Understanding of cultural sensitivities
