As a Reserve Social Worker with the U.S. Army, you will enhance unit readiness and support the well-being of Soldiers and their families. This role involves providing direct mental health services, crisis intervention, and participating in training and development programs. Key Responsibilities
Provide direct services to improve mental well-being of Soldiers and their families
Teach, train, supervise, conduct research and administration
Crisis intervention and policy development
Attend trainings, continued education programs, seminars, and conferences
Collaborate on new ideas and best practices in social work
Required Qualifications
Master of Social Work from an accredited institution
Independent license for practicing Social Work in the U.S.
Age between 18 and 34
U.S. citizenship for Active Duty or permanent U.S. residency for Army Reserve
