Intuit is looking for experienced Tax Experts to assist clients with tax preparation and advice during the upcoming tax season. This remote role offers flexibility and the chance to work with a supportive team while making a positive impact on customers' financial well-being.
Key Responsibilities
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, and tax calculations
Manage product/software inquiries
Utilize government websites and professional resources to deliver accurate answers
Document interactions and maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active and unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney)
Strong tax preparation experience
Extensive knowledge of tax laws
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with commercial tax preparation software
