Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily work and safety of delivery associates
Analyze data for optimal delivery plans
Direct labor activities within budget
Recommend work schedules and changes
Coordinate repairs and maintenance
Review productivity reporting
Implement efficiency ideas and cost reductions
Train staff on company policies and procedures
Communicate with Sales Management and Marketing
Ensure adherence to delivery schedules and performance goals
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
1-3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Ability to engage and lead discussions and meetings
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to interpret various forms of instructions
Preferred Qualifications
Two or four-year college degree in Business Management or Supply Chain Management
HazMat certification
Working knowledge of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
