Join Hope Network as an Occupational Therapist and help individuals overcome challenges through personalized treatment plans. You will train and supervise staff, conduct clinical assessments, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best care for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Train, schedule and supervise assigned staff in carrying out individual treatment plans
Perform sensory processing evaluations and clinical assessments
Develop and implement treatment groups and family education
Ensure person-centered assessment, goal setting and treatment
Collaborate with primary Case Holder on Individual Plan of Service (IPOS)
Complete documentation of progress notes and treatment reports
Serve as a member of an interdisciplinary team
Provide supervision for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and/or OT students
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree required
Licensed by State of Michigan MS, OTR/L
Valid driver’s license required according to Hope Network policy
Preferred Qualifications
Two years of professional work experience in a clinical setting preferred
Demonstrated ability to communicate in verbal and written formats
