Key Responsibilities
Ensure guest satisfaction with food, service, and staff
Build engaging relationships with guests
Lead, manage, and develop team members through coaching and motivation
Participate in interviewing and selection processes
Train team in food safety standards

Required Qualifications
Minimum age: 18 years
Proven ability to lead great shifts
1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred
ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification)
