Job Description
Join Hardee's as a Restaurant Breakfast Manager and lead a dynamic team dedicated to guest satisfaction. You'll oversee restaurant operations during the breakfast shift, ensuring high standards of quality and service while fostering a supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise restaurant operations during the breakfast shift
Maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards
Manage breakfast equipment and ensure proper maintenance
Conduct team meetings and provide coaching
Control inventory and manage labor costs
Assist with hiring and training new staff
Ensure compliance with HR and safety policies
Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older
1 year of shift management experience
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Valid Driver's License (preferably)
Ability to lead and train team members
Reliable and consistent work ethic
Positive attitude and teamwork oriented
