Job Description

Join ATS as a Senior Maintenance Technician to leverage your expertise in industrial maintenance. You will perform advanced repair and preventative maintenance, optimize machinery performance, and lead training initiatives for junior technicians. Your role is crucial in ensuring our factories operate efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform expert level break-fix & preventative maintenance
  • Identify and source parts, supplies and repair items
  • Independently perform maintenance as per industry standards
  • Optimize preventative maintenance procedures with Planner Scheduler
  • Setup and operate machining operations including lathe and drill press
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement activities
  • Assist and train lower level technicians
  • Troubleshoot and analyze control systems
  • Utilize predictive maintenance technologies
  • Update records and analyze data

Required Qualifications

  • High School Graduate or equivalent (GED)
  • Associates degree with a Technical focus and 5 years of related experience in specific industry or 7 years of experience in specific industry
  • Experience in predictive technologies, precision alignments, and general maintenance of applicable process equipment
  • Understanding of electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems
  • Ability to use basic hand tools and specialized tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in vibration analysis or laser interferometer operations
  • Willingness to travel
