Key Responsibilities
Deliver therapy to enhance speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities
Evaluate, treat, and monitor patients' progress
Document care in compliance with regulatory and accrediting standards
Educate families or nursing staff on follow-through programs
Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Required Qualifications
Graduate of a master's level program in Speech Language Pathology accredited by Education Standards Board
Current and unrestricted Speech Language Pathologist license in the state
Meet education and experience requirements for Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology or Audiology granted by ASHA
Minimum of six months experience working with adult and geriatric population
CPR/Basic Life Support (BLS)
