The Case Associate supports adults with serious mental illness in achieving independence within the community. This role involves direct care, advocacy, and administrative duties to help residents meet their recovery goals.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support to residents in achieving independent living goals
Evaluate and assess independent living skills of residents
Advocate for residents with other service providers
Conduct monthly unit inspections
Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
Required Qualifications
AA degree and two years of experience in a community mental health setting
HS/HSE degree and at least five years of experience in a community mental health setting
Experience working with individuals living with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, or trauma
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of products
Valid driver's license and willingness to drive agency van
