Key Responsibilities
Assess and evaluate patient care needs related to functional status and daily living activities
Develop and implement therapy plans in collaboration with physicians
Observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment
Conduct patient assessments using diagnostic and prognostic functional ability tests
Required Qualifications
Current Occupational Therapy licensure in state of WA
Current CPR certification
Current driver's license
Vehicle insurance
Access to a dependable vehicle or public transport
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in home health care
Continuing education in occupational therapy
