Job Description
Join Biolife Plasma Services as a Medical Customer Service Representative, where you will play a vital role in collecting life-changing plasma while providing exceptional customer service. In this full-time position, you'll screen donors, maintain accurate records, and ensure a safe environment, all while enjoying comprehensive benefits and a supportive team atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
Answer phones and greet donors
Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs
Use Donor Information System and maintain donor charts
Identify operational opportunities for improvement
Work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lift up to 32 lbs and occasionally 50 lbs
Fine motor coordination and depth perception
Preferred Qualifications
1 or more years of experience in a customer or patient-facing role
