Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Perform account maintenance and billing reconciliation
Identify, research and reconcile billing payment amounts
Support eligibility inquiries and ensure timely bill delivery
Assist in the sales process and resolve membership accounting issues
Provide office services support and maintain document workflow
Collect and monitor productivity and customer service quality measures
Participate in team-based projects and contribute to process improvements
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years experience in accounting, finance or related field preferred
Proficiency in math, data entry, typing, spelling and grammar
Successful customer service track record
Ability to diagnose, analyze and solve a variety of quantitative and qualitative problems
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Computer experience preferably in a PC Windows based environment
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to work in a team-based environment
Excellent conflict resolution and decision making capabilities
Ability to work productively at multiple tasks
