Key Responsibilities
Lead daily operations of the maintenance team
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement repair strategies
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
Manage maintenance budgets and cost estimates
Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
Build a positive work environment and manage team performance
Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of maintenance experience in food manufacturing
12+ months of maintenance supervisory experience
OSHA safety certification or relevant safety training
In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and hydraulic systems
Ability to plan and execute maintenance projects
Strong analytical and interpretive skills
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant certifications such as CMRP or CPMM
Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Basic understanding of ERP processes in food manufacturing
