Key Responsibilities
Identify new customers in local and regional markets
Grow account base through heavy cold calling
Support customers' needs within regional territory
Collaborate with sales support staff for customer satisfaction
Develop relationships within customer organizations
Align with local service center to support customer acquisition
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work or military experience
Competitive nature with a hunter mentality
Strong desire to succeed
Time management and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Available and flexible to work evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
2 years of professional sales experience
2 years of experience in transportation or Less Than Truckload (LTL)
Experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint)
Experience with enterprise Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
