Assesses, plans and evaluates patient care needs Administers prescribed medications, changes dressings, cleans wounds, and monitors vital signs Carries out physician orders and educates patients and families Monitors, records and communicates patient condition utilizing computerized documentation systems Assesses and coordinates patient discharge planning needs with healthcare team members Current and valid Wyoming RN License or compact equivalent Current BLS Certification through American Heart Association Current ACLS certification through American Heart Association Current PALS or ENPC certification through American Heart Association or required within 90 days of hire Current TNCC or within 1 year of initial hire Medical, Dental, Vision 401k with employer match Short & Long-term disabilities Life & AD&D insurances Employee Assistance Program Pet Insurance
