Job Description
Join Citizens as a Personal Banker where you will create meaningful customer experiences, help them achieve financial goals, and build long-term relationships. In this role, you'll assist customers with transactions and provide personalized financial advice while being part of a supportive and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers in the lobby
Demonstrate how to use mobile app and ATMs
Provide personalized advice and solutions
Educate customers on Citizens products and benefits
Follow financial policies and procedures including cash handling
Required Qualifications
High School degree or GED
Minimum of 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments)
Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers
Strong listening and communication skills
Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs
Ability to problem solve and provide solutions
Customer-centric to deliver exceptional service
Comfortable with using digital technology
Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings
Preferred Qualifications
1 year of experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments)
Motivates others through collaboration
Process-oriented, energetic, detail-oriented
Ability to multitask effectively
