Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care to clients under the supervision of a licensed nurse
Assist with basic health care needs and activities of daily living
Document client care and communicate changes in client condition
Assist clients with meals, hydration, and nutritional supplements
Participate in a nursing team and follow location-specific standards
Required Qualifications
High school graduate or GED preferred
Minimum age of 16
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Preferred Qualifications
Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care
Certified and registered with the Unlicensed Assistive Person (UAP) Registry
