Job Description
Join a community hospital where your contributions matter! As an Outpatient Physical Therapist, you'll evaluate and treat patients using innovative methods, enhancing their recovery and quality of life while enjoying a supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluates patients and establishes individualized treatment goals
Administers therapeutic exercises and physical agents to relieve pain
Educates patients and families on home exercise programs
Documents in accordance with insurance guidelines
Supervises at least one affiliated student per year
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited program of Physical Therapy with a minimum of a B.S.
Current Connecticut license in Physical Therapy
Certified Manual Lymph Drainage Therapist
Preferred Qualifications
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient in Windows based programs
Basic skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
