Operating across regions (Americas, EMEA, Asia PAC), this role coordinates customer and inspector onboarding, manages platform enhancements, and partners cross-functionally with IT, Marketing, Legal, and Commercial teams to support new product rollouts, training assets, and analytics reporting. While the role has no direct reports, it serves as a key influencer in shaping digital strategy, improving operational efficiency, and delivering scalable value through Digital Services. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience5+ years of experience managing digital platforms (e.g. websites, e-commerce, CRM)Experience with data analysis and content management systems, such as Adobe Experience ManagerExperience with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)Familiarity with SEO/SEM, UX/UI best practices, and web accessibility standards.Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems.Strong communication and collaboration skillsProject/Program Management and planning experience.At The Hartford Steam Boiler, a subsidiary of Munich Re, we see Diversity and Inclusion as a solution to the challenges and opportunities all around us.
