Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in the Pullman, WA service area. The ideal candidate will be confident with Home Health workflows, independent in the field, and experienced with Oasis and Homecare Homebase (HCHB).

Requirements:

• 2+ years recent Home Health RN experience – Required
• OASIS experience – Required
• Homecare Homebase (HCHB) EMR experience – Required
• Current State RN License – Required
• Current CPR Certification – Required
• Valid Driver’s License, Reliable Vehicle, and Auto Insurance – Required
• CHPN Certification – Preferred
• Ability to handle field-based patient care and documentation independently

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program – Required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Start-of-Care (SOC), Resumption, Recertification, and routine Home Health visits
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans
• Document all care in HCHB accurately and timely
• Communicate and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed

Locals accepted with the pay rate of $58.5/hr
