Key Responsibilities
Oversight of quality, finance, staffing, and patient/caregiver experience
Partnership with Labor & Delivery and Women & Children’s leadership teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
Minimum 5 years as a Nurse Manager or equivalent
Washington RN License (upon hire)
National Provider BLS certification
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field
Experience in a unionized healthcare environment
