Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-home visits for clients
Perform assessments, diagnostic tests, skilled procedures, and ongoing evaluations

Required Qualifications
Graduate of a physical therapy program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
Current, unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice
Current CPR certification and TB test
