Cert REQ: ARRT (CT)
First-timers accepted: No
Locals accepted: No, 50 mile radius rule
Pending License accepted: No, all travelers must be in compliance with NLC guidelines
RTO Restrictions: All RTO must included at time of submission. RTO sent after offer is presented will not be sent to facility for approval!

Special Requirements:
Driver s license must be included with submission
