Job Description
Join The Jewish Board as a Case Associate, where you'll help develop action plans for clients, conduct assessments, and connect them to vital resources. Key Responsibilities
Develop action plans for client care
Conduct community contacts and evaluations
Provide case management and counseling
Perform home visits to assess living conditions
Identify and facilitate client referrals to resources
Conduct community outreach
Required Qualifications
BA Degree
Experience in a community or social service group
At least five years of experience as a Case Assistant
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual in Haitian-Creole
