As a Customer Relationship Advocate at Citizens, you'll deepen relationships with affluent clients by collaborating with colleagues across banking, lending, and investing. This role focuses on understanding client needs and providing tailored financial solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire qualified, new-to-wealth relationships
Perform regular, proactive outreach to manage, deepen and retain relationships
Conduct thorough discovery to understand client dynamics, goals, and financial situations
Engage with Financial Planners and Advisors to create and analyze client financial plans
Introduce opportunities to segment partners based on financial goals
Provide regular, value-added engagement with clients
Leverage Salesforce CRM to document client interactions
Build a business development plan centered around proactive outreach
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years relevant equivalent experience
SIE, Series 6 (or 7), 63 (or 66), and Life and Health Insurance Licenses
At least two licenses required; additional licenses can be obtained within a specific time period upon hire
Demonstrated success in a client-centric, proactive sales environment
Experience in cultivating relationships
Success in new client acquisition and maintaining relationships
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of industry regulatory requirements
