What You'll Do

Client Relationship Building

• Connect with clients through inbound and outbound calls to understand their unique tax situations
• Use consultative sales techniques to identify the best solutions for each client's needs
• Build lasting relationships that ensure client satisfaction and business growth

Sales Excellence

• Present tax relief programs with confidence and expertise
• Qualify leads and guide clients through the decision-making process
• Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high service standards

What We're Looking For

Experience That Matters

• 2+ years of tax relief sales experience preferred
• Proven track record with outbound calling and sales closing
• Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking

• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Word, Excel, and CRM software
